What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you submit through the “Register interest” form: organisation, role, work email, domain of interest, and an optional message. The website sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed solely to evaluate and respond to your expression of interest. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the mandatory checkbox before submission. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@helvect.ai.
Storage and recipients
Submissions are delivered to our mailbox and stored on infrastructure operated under European jurisdiction. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or transferred outside the scope needed to handle your request.
Retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship is established.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@helvect.ai.
