Medical-operational intelligence for crisis conditions

What HELVECT is

HELVECT is a new category of defence company.

We build European decision infrastructure for medical operations under crisis conditions.

We build the systems that decide triage, casualty evacuation, and resource allocation when connectivity is compromised — from military theatres to large-scale disasters.

We build systems that decide how to preserve lives, not how to take them. That is the third verb of defence, and it has never had an industry. We are building it.

The third verb

Strike. Protect. Preserve.

For sixty years, European defence has organised itself around two verbs. Strike has an industry. Protect has an industry. HELVECT exists for the third.

Core pillars

Built for the moments where coordination, care, and time converge.

CARE / 01

Tactical Triage & Evacuation

Operational support for casualty prioritisation, evacuation routing, and care continuity under extreme time pressure.

SUPPLY / 02

Resilient Resource Allocation

A shared operational picture for medical assets, evacuation capacity, and scarce resources when every dependency is stressed.

Degraded Connectivity Operations

Decision workflows designed to continue across intermittent networks, contested signal conditions, and infrastructure outages.

European by architecture

Sovereignty is not proclaimed. It is architected.

An integrated software and hardware stack, engineered and operated under European jurisdiction. Edge-first by design: decisions are made where care is delivered, not where the cloud happens to be.

Design conditions

The system does not shut down. It simplifies.

HELVECT is engineered for environments where infrastructure cannot be assumed: contested and denied operational environments, electromagnetic and cyber attack, CBRN events, grid and network failure, pandemic response, mass-casualty disasters, and solar-weather scenarios where recovery is measured in months, not hours.

Disconnection is the base case. Connectivity is a bonus.

The third verb is being built.
